Terms of Service

Services are currently provided by independent consultants associated with Nexly Advisory. Each consultant operates as an independent professional offering management consulting services in the areas of banking compliance, regulatory advisory, and process optimization.

Nexly Advisory LLP registration is currently under process. Upon completion of the registration process, all existing client engagements will be migrated to the formal legal entity, and clients will be notified of this transition.

During the pre-launch pilot phase, we offer the following services:

• Free Compliance Assessment: Initial review of your compliance posture
• Weekly Regulatory Updates: Email summaries of RBI circulars and regulatory changes
• Monthly Webinars: Educational sessions on compliance topics
• One-on-One Consultations: Individual advisory sessions with experienced consultants

Full advisory subscriptions, compliance platform access, process consulting, and inspection readiness programs will be available in Q1 2025 upon official launch.

All current engagements are executed through individual consultant agreements between the client and the assigned independent consultant. These agreements specify:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Consultant fees and payment terms
• Confidentiality obligations
• Limitation of liability
• Term and termination clauses

Nexly Advisory coordinates a network of experienced professionals with expertise in:

• Banking regulations and RBI compliance
• Process optimization and operational efficiency
• Digital transformation in banking
• Risk management and internal controls

Each consultant maintains their professional independence and is responsible for the quality of their work.

During the pilot phase:

• Free compliance assessments are provided at no cost
• Weekly regulatory updates and monthly webinars are complimentary
• One-on-one consultations are billed separately as per individual consultant agreements

Pricing for full services will be published upon official launch in Q1 2025.

All consultants associated with Nexly Advisory are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. Client information, data, and proprietary materials are protected under individual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and consultant agreements.

Services provided during the pre-launch phase are advisory in nature. Consultants provide professional opinions and recommendations based on their expertise and knowledge of current regulations. Final compliance decisions and implementations remain the responsibility of the client organization.

Liability limitations are specified in individual consultant agreements.

Upon completion of Nexly Advisory LLP registration (expected Q1 2025):

• All pilot program participants will be notified of the formal entity establishment
• Existing engagements will be migrated to agreements with Nexly Advisory LLP
• Updated Terms of Service will be provided reflecting the new entity structure
• Continuity of service and consultant relationships will be maintained
